<p>jane-- i donated my hair too. in april…it wasn’t an accident though, i purposely did it. (what do you mean you donated it by accident?) i really really miss my loooong hair, but it was cut for a good reason so i’m ok with it.</p>

<p>i wanted to donate it when i was asked…and when i got there i changed my mind cuz people were coming out looking all messed up…accident is the wrong word…but it was a mishap…the people cutting the hair didn’t know how to cut hair and they messed it up…so i had my friends friend do a correction hair cut. </p>
<p>i donated my hair with noble intentions but vanity does make cowards of us all.</p>
<p>in the end…after freaking out and getting it fixed…it was worth it.
kiddies who needed my hair got my old hair and i got a new haircut.</p>
<p>ohhh… i get you. i’ve read some negative things about locks of love which is why i didn’t want to donate mine to their organization. when i got the haircut, i had my purse on my lap& the lady didn’t tell me she was starting, so a bunch of my hair went inside my purse… idk who was a bigger idiot, her or me for still giving her a tip :(</p>
<p>Ah hair disasters… I shaved mine once, which was super liberating, but 5 years later, I LOVE looking like a chick again! haha. During my time at CCC, I’ve watched my hair go from chin length to mid-back, so I’ve measured my CC time by my hair length.</p>
