I’m not sure what the question really is… No, it isn’t illegal to post that. Yes, it is readable.

You didn’t post the prompt

Oops…My bad.

Are people who stay in the same community happier than those who move from one place to another?

I felt like yours should be a 10 after reading it, I got an 8 and compared to yours mine was crap. Good job and whichever reader gave you a 4/6 was crazy.

^So you give the essay a 5/6 and think a 4/6 is crazy? Its not really that big of a difference for such a disparaging remark.

The difference between a 5/6 and a 4/6 is noticeably different actually. I’m not saying a 4/6 is crazy what I am saying is that for this particular essay scoring it a 4/6 IS crazy. In MY opinion. @CHD2013

And they’re obviously not “crazy" I admire the long and difficult hours they spend grading essays.

@CHD2013 Well, double digit always seemed to me to be more satisfying.

I tried to follow what this forum says as much as I can. I know my essay was nothing special ,but it follows what most people agree on here.

1- Avoid using personal pronouns.Use one instead.
2-Try to use complex structure.
3- 2 pages must be written.

I think the thing that affected my mark the most is that some sentences are fragments and have gramatical problems.

@Marrissa Thank you, I think that essay grading in the sat is somehow about luck. Not all graders seem to be generous.
