chance me and illl chance you back
just post a link to your stats..

I don’t know how much coming from a top NE boarding school will boost your chances. I also don’t know anything about your essays and recs, but I’ll assume they were good.

Your upward trend (grades) is certainly good. Good course load as well (hardest possible at a presumably difficult school).

ACT is solid.

SAT IIs are really good, especially because you’re not Asian.

ECs aren’t spectacular, but they are okay.

I think you’ll get into all except top 3-5 of these:

HARDEST
columbia
penn
bowdoin
cornell
colgate
vanderbilt
tufts
emory
wesleyan
hamilton
trinity College
EASIEST

I think you’ll get into all except top two of these:

WOW! 800 in Chinese and you’re not even asian??!! Thats pretty good! I think You’ll get into whichever NE uni. you want, but CA schools are getting increasingly difficult to get into if you don’t live here (even for CA residents who don’t live in the same AREA as the uni. they want to go to). But you always have a good chance.

Coming from a BS will help a lot, especially if it is a top one. Mind saying which one, I will be going to one next year (either Andover, HK, Milton, or Exeter).

I second what north_face said, though, in terms of getting in.
