Im an OOS student, with a gpa of 3.9, sat of 1960. If I were to apply now, would I be able to get any aid at all? Is it even worth applying at this point?
Is 3.9 weighted or unweighted? How rigorous were your courses? # of APs & AP score average?

Without knowing the rigor of your courses, or your class standing, it is difficult to say whether you will get academic scholarships at MSU so late in the admissions cycle which will match/be closer to your in-state tuition.
