<p>Technical/Community College. You can get an Associate at just about any local one, but you still have to pass an examination. In school you should probably try to get as many Vocational Tech classes as possible. If your school offers few, consider enrolling early in some at a local technical college. If that is also unavailable, I think most shops have some low-level jobs they will hire anyone with a pulse for, maybe that can help you get some kind of experience (unless you’re already doing that).</p>
