I want to go to McGill!!!

I'm a junior at an American high school and after doing some research on McGill and Montreal it is my first choice college. My practice SATs show that I should get around 2100-2200 (217 PSAT) when I take it in May, BUT my grades are kind of low (95% with a 10% weighting for honors/AP classes) I have mostly As with some Bs and a C or two (ugh). I'm ranked in the top 15-20% of my class. I've heard that Mcgill is very numbers focused will my grades ruin any chance of me getting in.

Thanks for any responses I really hope to be in the McGill class of 2013 (w00t!)

Oh, and is there anything else I can do to help my chances of getting in...merci beaucoup

It depends on the area of study and other factors, but generally a GPA of 3.7 with your SAT scores should get you in. Also, more weight is put on your GPA the last 3 years of high school.
