<p>I missed the payment of enrollment deadline. I am currently studying in a local college (not USA) but as I vehemently stated in an earlier thread, I'm not satisfied with the experience. I would like to transfer to Penn State Altoona with a different major. Will they acknowledge the fact that I was accepted as a freshman (of course, I will send the updated scores as well) or will my application be treated normally? One of my primary gripes is that my performance has been terrible, because I chose the wrong major. I wonder if they will consider an explanation for my poor grades. </p>
<p>You will have to reapply as a transfer and your current performance will be part of that evaluation.</p>
