I was famous in city as my math was exceptionally well at high school beginning. I was best in language learning as well. But after 1st year, I wasn’t chosen to go to elite school although my marks were of the highest (above 97% of all marks). They chose lower marks than me. I stayed there. Next year, I became best student in math, so that in the topics and tests everybody was failing (less than %50), I was #1 with marks above 90%. The questions were really hard at that time and I was not studying hard, too. (In first year, I got a perfect and highest score for learning mathematical Alliances only 10 mins before beginning of class. It is only example in 1st year. Second year, I was still not very hard working and gaining best scores. In 2nd year, I started learning Software development. And so on.
In 3rd year, I declined, because I was a poor boy in a rich-goer top school in city. All were attending classes except one person: me.
It is about more than 12 years ago. I never attended any private class in my whole life. But that was a norm and for this reason the school teacher wasn’t teaching well. He also had his own private class. I remained famous for math, but my marks did decline.
If I was chosen for elite school, now, I guess I could be successful in academic world. But it didn’t happen. Last year of four years, I just passed like most others (with a failure one time).
When exiting high school, at 19, I programmed an NMS software in C# which a Chinese company could not write. Even I had GPGPU idea and before Nvidia in 20 (told one in Hollywood/=Rabbi Rabbs)… I am still very poor without any degree. Idea?

I don’t know if anyone can help you here. Most of these boards are for getting into US colleges. Is that what you are trying to do? If not, are there continuing education opportunities in your own country? Pearson has computer-related classes and certifications all around the globe. Perhaps you can check them out? It will not be cheap, however, but if you already have a job, maybe you can ask your company if they will pay for it.
