And im interested in applying to a couple of UCs
Would i be considered an in-state, out of state, or even internaional student?</p>

<p>I think you would be out-of-state unless you have been paying taxes to California, and have an address up down there.</p>

<p>Whether or not you are international depends only on your citizenship. Whether or not you are out-of-state depends on where you’ve been living in the past 2 years.</p>

<p>You are therefore a domestic out-of-state applicant. Of course, if you’re willing to move back to California for two years before you apply again then you can qualify for in-state admission.</p>
