I Was Mistakenly Dismissed For Cheating and Dismissed

CC drama, my god.

popcorn

Was everyone on this board in the same testing room or what

Virgie987 (or should i say Tman) Suspicious that you have only one post.

Yeah I noticed that too…

I’m not tman, but I admit that I do know who tman is. Actually, a lot of people at school know who he is.

I don’t know…from stalking Life’s past posts, he (presumably) doesn’t seem like a ■■■■■, and his anguish at pointing out “the cheater” seems pretty genuine. Then again, the character of the power-deprived and power-hungry SAT proctor is also pretty believable. I’m guessing that either tman got dismissed for cheating, which the proctor and Life both mistakenly thought he was doing, or that he’s posting this to add credibility, blah blah.

Anyone care to Facebook-find some guy in the class of 2012 in southern California, possibly LA, whose last name is Law? lol Life was getting specific there…

I’ll also admit that I initially joined to make my first post here. I saw this and was upset to see the posts. I felt compelled to say something.
I’ve known tman for a long time. He is not who Lifeofsolitude is making him out to be.

Maybe tman took a peek or whatever. I don’t know. I didn’t see. But I couldn’t stand Lifeofsolitude making up stories about tman being such an extreme cheater.

randomazn14, Lifeofsolitude is definitely a girl and not a boy. I believe she was the girl in red.

^ Similar writing styles/tones, as well.

Well… we did grow up together and we talk to each other like this.

awkward .

Then why hasn’t Tman posted since your first post virgie?

He says he doesn’t want to read any more posts here. These people who are attacking him don’t even know him.

Also… his family is keeping him offline. I’m even getting messages from his sister at UCSD. Everyone wants to know what happened.

Honestly, i’m not trying to ■■■■■ nor am I trying to be “spiteful” but it just ****es me off that you have the audacity to post your “story” on a forum and expect people to feel sorry for you. You know what you did and no I wasn’t cheating. I was done with that section and closed my booklet and happened to see him flipping on to the other sections and circling answers. I was not cheating. Secondly, good luck arguing with Collegeboard because they will probably side with the proctor, not you. If he were smart, he would have just left his answers as is and would have not gone on to the other section. He did have a paper underneath his desk with over a paragraph written on it. I don’t care if it was “scratch” — you shouldn’t have anything out like that during the test.

Cheating is ubiquitous, so I think you are over reacting Life

You know what … I’ve also known Tman for a long time. 4 years to be exact. hes the guy that you go to when u need help with hw, when u need help with any academic class. hes the one you go to when you dont understand what you are learning. Everyone that knows him will back me up on that. You guys shouldnt be judging him based on what happened. he is a smart person. he’s been spending every moment he can studying for this test. Even sacrificed time with his love ones… What he did, he did. BUt that doesnt give you the right to judge him. he didnt ask for your judgement. We all make mistakes. It happens. How would you like it if people judged you on EVERY mistake you made. He posted this to seek out help, not sympathy.

as for your information Life: would you have left the answers as it was, with two bubbled in for a problem? even tho you knew that u were probably right on the first answer? that quarter of a point that is deducted can mean alot…

At least it was section 3, and you didn’t have to sit through the full 5 hours for nothin.

I too have known tman since we were in 1st grade… Like other peopl have said before me, tman would not cheat on a test like this, hes like one of the top ranked in our school, and in CSF, NHS, and he is legitimate in all his academics. I was in the test room and I saw he wasnt actually trying to go to the next section, but he accidently made marks on a previous section. The proctor dismissed me without any proof or reason

… why did you switch from third person (talking about tman) to first(talking about yourself)??? (Just curious…)

This is a weird thread lol…
