I'm an IB student and I'm really confused as to how they're going to calculate my average or anything. They said that they don't look at IB marks because they feel that the Ontario grades are very representative of how you are doing in IB. However, because of IB I have way more than six grade 12 courses to choose from. Do they take the highest 6? On their website they said that they have their own sort of calculation for your top 6 marks, which is kinda scary. If they take my top 6, I should get at least a 91% average, but if they just take whatever I got last semester, I'm probably looking at like an 88 or so. Anyway, if anyone knows anything about how they deal with students who have more than six grade 12 credits and IB. Also, would it be advisable to take the transfer credits they give for IB?
