IB Conditional Offers -- PLEASE HELP ME

I was recently admitted to UTSG. On the letter on my portal, I was given a percentage that I needed to maintain in order to keep my admission offer. It also stated that I needed to graduate with at least an 86% average in 4 pre-approved grade 12 courses. Does this mean that the 86% average is calculated with only the 4 courses, or is that I need to fulfill both requirements?

However, I was a little confused with this conditional offer altogether. As I am an IB diploma student, and most of my other Canadian universities gave IB conditional offers, but I did not see any mention of IB conditional offers in the letter that was mailed to me. I am a bit worried though, as I feel that I will not be able to live up to my predicted grades and desperately don’t want U of T to rescind my offer…

I tried searching for the info on U of T’s website, but I only found general information about applying to U of T with an IB diploma…

I was wondering if U of T only cares about %? Do my actual IB marks matter for anything other than to transfer credits? Have any of you had experience with U of T in this situation?

If you have questions about your admission offer, I suggest you contact the office of the person who extended the offer.

They mean you need an at least an 86% average in each of the 4 courses. If I had to guess, the 4 courses include math and English. 86% is generally the minimum in math and English that they require for acceptance. You’ll get your IB marks later than your %ge marks which is probably why UTSG uses %ge marks.
