Hey. My supervisor told me that my written task was plagiarized, so around 80% I won’t receive my diploma right? But is there any chance that my university would still take me in. Also, my school awards its own high school diploma, so can I request my university and get in through that? I got into a few U.S. universities with an unconditional offer. How will this situation affect my offer?
Not sure if you’ll receive your IB diploma, but if your school sees you’ve plagiarized, your counselor might be required to report that to your university. Not quite sure what you mean by “so can I request my university and get in through that?”. Of course your school awards it’s own diploma, but that doesn’t replace an IB diploma. US schools take plagiarism VERY seriously, I wouldn’t be surprised if your offers get revoked if they find out.
