IB score required for Penn

From experience...

IB predicted of 40+ is solid. (excluding TOK)
IB predicted of 38+ is still solid if you have hooks.

you serious about having to like achieve 40+ on the IB without TOK? that sounds pretty tough...again, i havent tried it yet....

I say as an international it would be advisable to get 40+ WITH BONUS
and 42+ for Wharton. <- HL Maths Strongly Suggested.

You should be aware that in the United States, predicted IB scores are not a primary element of evaluating college applicants. My son is in an IB program in the US, and as far as I know, predicted IB scores will not even be communicated to colleges. Rather, current GPA in coursework and performance on tests like SAT or ACT are the key academic factors. It may be that US colleges evaluate international students differently.

Mm but I think Hermann said he is from Singapore, I think the IB scores should be in, so they probably gotta send them over? Or is it not taken into account?

For International Students, I believe the School transcript and IB Predicted scores matters a lot -- the most important part. The situation maybe different for US Students.

umm...i did say that im from Singapore, but i will not be taking the IB in Singapore, i will be taking the IB in Italy where i trust the education is roughly similar to the one in the US in terms of when it begins and ends...and that is really annoying because i will be a year later than most students when i graduate....

by the way, how important exactly would your say is class rank when it comes to applying to Penn? i mean, afterall, all the students at UWC would be scholars so it would be relatively difficult to achieve a high class ranks...

Hey, listen i needed to know if these scores for good enough for Penn. I do IB and these are my predicted grades :
