Hey, everyone. :]

I'm currently in grade nine, hoping to attend an Ivy. I just wanted to know: Is the IB Diploma valued more than AP, or vice-versa? My school is one of the only ones in Canada that offers AP, as well as IB. I'm thinking that I should do both of them, but if that's not possible, then which one would be valued more? If I do IB, I'll be doing the full diploma (the TOK, CAS, etc. etc.), not just the certificates. Also, when are you allowed to start AP in most schools? At my school you can't start in grade nine (for sure, I checked, lol), but I'm wondering if you can start in grade ten.

I'll also be taking the SAT (again, my school is one of the few that offers it in Canada), and I don't have much information about that. When can I take it, and what are these SAT I, II, and III things? I don't know if we even do all three.

Tomorrow night is a university information night at another high school in my city, and I'm thinking of attending. However, I don't think I'd be getting any Ivy info there, seeing as only the provincial universities will be attending. But do you think I can still get Ivy info from them, or will they just shun me because I'm not too interested in them?

Thank you so much, I really appreciate it. :]
