<p>One of my classes requiress a Iclicker system? Are these the clickers we used at SPOP? And is it mandatory?</p>
<p>We didn’t use clickers back when I had spop in '09. </p>
<p>However, if a class requires clickers, then it is mandatory, unless you wish to compromise your grade…</p>
<p>I would go to the class first. Sometimes clicker questions count as no points, sometimes just used for attendance, and sometimes it is used for actually quiz points.</p>
<p>also dont buy one from the bookstore. One from craigslist works just as well and much cheaper</p>
<p>I agree with buying used on Craigslist. And for all the classes I had that required clickers, we used them in class for attendance and were definitely necessary. It all depends on the class. Usually you can go the first day and (s)he’ll tell you if you absolutely need them or if they aren’t for points, etc etc</p>
<p>OR, you can always borrow from a friend, or you can find em used form another uci student for 10-15$</p>
