<p>You can actually get them anytime. You just have to go to UCI and visit the UCItems building (a portable behind the Student Store) and ask them for it. All you need is your student ID and it's free.</p>

<p>arrrgh. when I went to miniSPOP, the counselors kept saying "get your ID photo taken today to avoid the lines later on!" without saying that UCItems closed at 3. and I went at 3:05. wonnnderful haha</p>

<p>I got mine last week...I'm not too fond of my picture, but I suppose I could always get a new one whenever I please.</p>

<p>There is a fee for a replacement card, but it's not like I'll be showing off my ID anyway. I'm just a bit picky. :p</p>

<p>Yeah I don't like mine either and I've already retaken it xDD By the way, it's $3 for a retake</p>
