IDOC - Deadline Issue

<p>The College Board states that the IDOC packet should reach them **no later than 1st March<a href="for%20my%20colleges">/b</a>, but because of the delay in receiving the Tax Forms of my country, the IDOC packet will reach them on 2nd March. </p>

<p>Is it fine or will it make a difference?</p>

<p>Where do you send from? The US or foreign country? In the US if you resend tomorrow moring using express mail (next day delivery) it will arrive Monday Feb 28.</p>
