IDOC was received but not showing up online...

We sent our taxes to IDOC on Saturday and paid a bit extra to track the package. According to the USPS tracking, the package arrived at its College Board destination yesterday. However, when I log-in on the College Board website and check THEIR status, they say they have not received it. Is this normal? I don't want them to irresponsibly list my items as received after March 1 and jeopardize my aid! :(

Yes this is normal. Our package was delivered by USPS on Friday last week and showed up today as received on 24th and available to colleges today

Mine was received last Saturday and not showing up as received yet. I’ll have to remember to keep checking.

If you had tracking that only indicates when the package arrived. Someone still has to scan all the documents into the system. If you are referring to IDOC’s date then typically they say it could take the colleges a few days before they have access to them. If by the end of the week they are not showing received I would contact IDOC.

I had a 6-day lag between when IDOC received my tax returns and when they were uploaded.

The information below tells you the date the College Board made your IDOC documents available to the college(s) that requested them and that participate in the IDOC Service. If you are applying to other colleges, you may be asked to send your tax forms directly to them. Follow your colleges’ directions.

I am still waiting for my daughter’s school to access them and it’s been longer than the “two to three business days” referenced below.

If a college financial aid office has told you that they have not received your IDOC information, and the information above says that it is available, please be patient. Your information has been processed by the College Board and is available to your college’s financial aid office. It typically takes a few days for a financial aid office to access this data from the date listed above. Please allow two to three business days from the date above before contacting institutions.
