So I just logged into my IDOC to see if my files had been processed, and even though I uploaded all the necessary documents, it says that I still need my custodial and noncustodial parents tax returns as well as my verification worksheet for dependent students. However, it also says that they have 5 documents from me, 2 of which say W-2 form, one says other, and the other two say they are my irs form 1040EZ and my prior years tax return. But I didn’t submit one for last year? I think they processed the documents wrong, but I dunno. What should I do? Will it resolve itself?

Some of my daughter’s docs were renamed and she also has one called “other.” Three are still showing up as still required, but the college portals show that all documents were received, so maybe they are really under “other.”
Maybe I will check my portals then. Thank you for the help!
