<p>I applied to Penn, and I was just wondering if it is required to send TOEFL or IELTS score for international students, and if not, do you guys think that should I send my IELTS score of 7,5,? Does Penn just look at the score to see that is over a certain level, or do Penn consider the specifik score in the application process?</p>
