I am a prospective international student from Japan, and I want to apply for UCAS UG 2020 Entry.
However, UCL Course, one of my choice, requires international students whose mother tongue is not English to get at least overall score of 7.5 in IELTS, although my current score is 7.0.
By the way, I’ve already met all other requirements entirely and sufficiently.
Because almost all the UK unis adopt rolling admission system, I want to submit my application as soon as possible from September 4.
In this case, is there any possible that UCL makes conditional offer?
if you say you’re taking it again, maybe.
Thank you for your reply.
What do you mean about “taking it again”?
The IELTS exam. To get a better score.
Can I just point out that it is really important that your English is strong enough to cope with the course. It’s not just a hoop to jump through.
Yes, if your academics are above the requirements, IELTS requirements can be met AFTER you get an offer (but typically no later than July 31 before you start your course).
I do appreciate your supports!
