UT Austin. I live in Austin, and I'm top 10% so I'm automatically accepted. Yay for lack of affirmative action in Texas.

I need schools that aren't reaches. All I have is Tufts, UVA, and Wash U as matches

University of Toronto

I would probably go to Northwestern or Tufts, and if I didn't get in to either, to UMich or Brandeis.

Would this be Tufts/NEC dual-degree, or just Tufts?

hmmm....duke or upenn maybe. my ultim. safety is tulane, and i think i'd be happy there too....yay i'm with you chidimma!

nah, I don't want a degree in music this early on. if I'm still serious about opera in 4 years, I'll go to a conservatory.

You lucky vocalist... you actually have the luxury to do that...

:D +t e n c h a r a c t e r s

Hmm? I'm confused.

I was smiling, but then I had to add ten characters because of the limit

Since I live in New Mexico.... UNM, NMSU, or NM Tech. Possibly UT Austin cause I'm technically a resident there.

(1) fiddlefrog, why wouldn't you have the luxury to do that too if you wanted?
(2) why ten characters? I didn't know there was such a limit...

The ten character rule is obnoxious and I personally detest it.

how many?

=) 60 second rule is what kills me

University of Wisconsin-Madison. But I'd have too much fun.
also applying to georgetown, brown, duke, northwestern

Congratulations! What course did you apply there for and what's your offer? UCL is fab, correct me if I'm wrong here but is the UK a safety or a second choice for the US? Or does it depend on which UK and US unis you'll get into?

UCBerkeley for me

I'm automatically into UT Austin, but I don't really want to go there - If Yale and Columbia and Northwestern all reject me, it will be USC, UNC, or UT for me.
