<p>I see only one print out form. So does that mean only one teacher? Or do I print it out twice and give it to two teachers.</p>

<p>you're only supposed to send one teacher rec, and one counselor rec. I guess there can't be too much harm in sending other rec, but only send a second if you feel that it shows a different side of you that can't be expressed any other way. There is also the possibility that the adcoms may not have the time to read one of the recs.</p>
