If I eventually want my PhD, which SUNY is best for psychology?

I'm a junior, 3.5 GPA. I've only taken the PSAT's so far (1650) without studying, and with studying, I'm expecting to get a 1700-1900 on the SATs. I'm trying to figure out which SUNY would be best for psychology. I know Stony Brook is one of the top SUNYs for psych, but I want the "college experience" too; I live about 30 minutes from there. I've also looked into Binghamton (might be a reach), Albany, Buffalo, Oneonta and New Paltz. Which out of these are best for psychology?

This comes secondarily to the quality of the education, I'm also looking for a school where I'll feel like I fit in. I'm very quirky, a little bit "weird" and I want somewhere where I can feel like I fit in.

Thank you!

Buff bing Sony or Albany

The others dont offer doctorates
