if i filled up both pages completely am i guaranteed a 10?

i filled up both pages am i guaranteed a 10? even if its complete b.s historical example and literary example like great gatbsy

Your chances are higher. If you wrote off topic…guaranteed 0.

Writing two solid, non-anecdotal examples and filling up both pages make a 10 very likely.

What about 1 page and a paragraph on second with historical examples that may contain some error in history facts, such as quoting ONE thing wrong? lol
My essay had medium-high diction and is on topic (three paragraphs support the thesis). What would that usually get me?

^We can’t grade without seeing your essay… but given these things: 1.33 pages, 3 supporting paragraphs, and medium high diction, I’d predict an 8-11. Probably a 9.

Nothing can be guaranteed but these is a fair chance if you used proper mechanics and grammar.

Can you help me predict my essay score?
My assignment was “Do people make great discovery by exploring new things or by examine familiar things?” . I wrote 1 and 2/3 page with a thesis that discovery can be made by both, using two examples, one in “Emma” by Jane Austen and one about Issac Newton. I wrote that Emma realizes her love with Mr. Knightley, who she used to think as a brother, by knowing an unexpected truth that Harriet loves him -> explore new things. For Newton, I wrote that he discovered gravity by observe familiar event: an apple fell.
Thanks in advance.

likely chance for a 10

Thank you very much :x That’s all I wish for

I wrote a POS and got a 12 and an 11. I ran into the margins. =P
I think it is likely.

I wrote two full pages and gave 2 supporting paragraphs (each focused on a certain topic). One regarded a personal experience and another was about a historical reference.

What do you think that’ll get me?

I wrote two full pages and gave 3 supporing examples.

50% chance of scoring an 11?

No I did that once and got an 8, but I think it might be true if you follow the standard 3 examples thing which I didn’t know about >.<

Are you sure it wasn’t because you had grammar mistakes/ sentence fragments etc? I don’t think they mark you down just because you only had 2 support examples

^they definitely don’t mark down if you only have 2 examples. i got a 10 on my may sat after giving 2 examples. i left the test center thinking i would get like an 8.

from my experiences, 2 full pages are almost always 10+

No way. Not at all.

An essay completely off-topic means you get a zero.

True, you’re likely to get a 10, but not guaranteed.
