If I got accepted would Tufts pay my full tuition without loans?

I wanted to know if whether or not Tufts truly does give financial aid without loans to students in low-income families. I know it says "Students with total family incomes of less than $40,000 will typically receive a financial aid package that includes no student loans" on their site: Types of Aid Tufts University Admissions Department so would I receive the "no loan" financial aid package since my families income is less than $20,000? Also, does their financial aid extend only to tuition or to tuition, AND room and board, books, etc.?

Typically, if a family income is as low as what you describe, an admitted student would receive a loan-less financial aid award that would cover the full cost of attendance at Tufts: tuition, room, board, books, living expenses.

Financial aid calculations always work for the full cost of attendance.
