If I take a dual enrollment course, am I exempt from taking the class in college?

I'm thinking of taking World history dual enrollment.

After passing this class, does it mean I don't have to retake it as a remedial course once i'm in college?

…someone at least reply? come on 10 people that viewed this, I need to make my decision tom xD

Yes, as long as the class transfers to the University you plan to attend.

I took five dual enrollment classes my senior year. I liked them better because you’re guaranteed the credit unlike AP.

Thanks dude thanks :D

Just check to make sure it will transfer! Otherwise you’re wasting your time and money. When I did it, we were required to take a freshman orientation course, but it was really dumb because it was from October to Christmas, when our classes were already well underway. FORTUNATELY, that class was free.
