<p>No. It probably means that your email didn’t reach them - I’d email back. Ask them for a reply.</p>

<p>They responded to me after 2 weeks.</p>

<p>We switched to a new email system a few weeks ago. It’s much, much better, but the switch caused some backlog (hence the delays). We should be caught up now, though, so if you haven’t heard back, please email us again.</p>
