If you don't celebrate Christmas, what do you do

We are eating chinese hot pot... lol

But I don't like hot pot.

:(

Awww. I’m Jewish, but I’ve been known to pop in on my friends’ Christmas Eves. Tomorrow I’m having friends over for Chinese food and a movie.

Go see a movie and then to Chinese food fa sho. :D

And what is hot pot?

are you chinese

Why do so man people do the chinese + a movie thing? Way too common right now.

Whatever you do the other 364 days?

^Everything’s closed.

This year, I’m going skating (but I do that a lot otherwise, so I guess that isn’t too “special.”).

It’s not like you HAVE to do something on the 25th if you don’t celebrate Christmas. It’s just another day, but everywhere is closed. Not that special or difficult.

Yesterday, my mom and I had a pretty big fight over how I wasn’t religious (she’s Muslim) and how she wouldn’t support me in life. I think my (christian turned atheist, never Muslim) father talked to her, so it was alright this morning.

My neighbors dropped off their rabbits so I would take care of them. We opened our presents; I was surprised that any of us got anything. My dad got socks, I got a toothbrush and $20. My brother got the same as me + freezer popsicles because he loves them.

Then we ate breakfast. I suppose I’ll watch a Christmas Story for the rest of the day and play sims 3.

Sooo nothing out of the ordinary, besides my toothbrush and money.

I worked :expressionless: haha

Now I’m just trying to catch up on tv shows that I’ve missed cause of school :O

I’m Muslim… barely. More agnostic I’d say.

Over 60% of the people I associate with are Muslims.

Surprisingly… 2 actually say they “celebrate” Christmas.

lol, it’s funny, but most of my friends are atheist, and they still act totally surprised when i tell them that I don’t celebrate Christmas because my family (asian parents) doesn’t care about it

I was gonna go skiing but I’m too sore. I was gonna get a haircut but everywhere is closed. So now I’m just spending the day on CC.

what kind of person gives a toothbrush for christmas…

I’m Muslim but I have always celebrated christmas, this year it wasn’t as big or as much of a deal as normally because of recent events but normally we go all out with a big christmas tree, crazy amounts of food, drinks, presents… But this year we just cooked a small gourmet dinner for Christmas Eve, and spent more time together than normally, but no Christmas tree or real christmas atmosphere or anything…

Well, it’s sort of a Jewish… thing…

sleep. definitely.

That, definitely. My family usually watches a movie or two (but we do that everyday during winter break, so it’s nothing special). Normally, we’d watch Home Alone, since it’s a favorite amongst all of us, but I can’t really find the DVD, so… /: We made a trip to Blockbuster last night and picked up like, seven movies. So far we’ve been through two of them, haha. Um, yeah. That’s about it. It’s pretty much just a normal day, except we can’t go out since everything’s closed. -.- Just doing homework and surfing the web. Sigh.

you watch Home alone from Christmas to christmas?

yes, definitely
