i know you can check online but if u get rejected will they mail you too?

Why would u want to be crushed twice?

im asking so i know if i should be prepared for my parents to read all those rejctions

For “normal” RD applicants, they can check their decisions both online and mail. However for the H/EOP it’s a different story.

so if i did heop i cant check online?

When I called the States Program Office, they said " All decisions will be mailed out and it won’t be posted online." I have my own confusions too; therefore I suggest you to wait for the snail mail as well. You could be “rejected” when you check online, but nevertheless accepted as a H/EOP student when you receive the mail.

you dont get physical mail if you are rejected

raezin- which schools did you apply to through h/eop at cornell && did you get and interview call ? i am ver curious and anxious lol

@mosudan1992: Well I think I applied to both HEOP and EOP, because my primary college is ILR and my alternate is Hotel. ILR is EOP and Hotel is HEOP. Hopefully that interview thing won’t impact my chances.

p.s no call either, although I changed my phone number

iapplied to ILR and A&S EOP/Heop …but yea did the state office tell you that you might b rejected through online system but accepted through snail mail heop?

Me: " I am a applicant of the Cornell University; it is to my understanding that applicants are able to check their decisions online at April 1st, but does it also applies to the HEOP applicants?"

Cornell Admissions Office: “Yes, that applied to all applicants.”

P.S I guess I was wrong, since the online decision will apply to all applicants.
