Does anyone know if one is able to satisfy any IGETC course through pass/no pass, or do all courses taken to satisfy IGETC need to be taken for a letter grade?

In my case, I'm asking about Area 5 - Physical and Biological Sciences. I have already fulfilled the Physical Sciences portion of this requirement (Chem w/lab). I am currently enrolled in Anthro 101 to finish up the Bio Sciences portion and debating whether to declare it as pass/no pass if possible.

IGETC courses must be completed with a grade of C or better. A grade of Credit or Pass may be used if the community college’s policy states it is equivalent to a grade of C or better.

As long as it is not a pre-req for your major, you are ok. I contacted Cal and asked if the Math requirement could be taken C/NC and they said that it could.
