Recs: Either good or great. Does the teacher rec have to be from a core teacher? Also, my cello teacher attended Rice, and I'll ask him to write me an extra recommendation (should be very good).
Interview: I think I'll do well.
Other: Visited; attended 2 classes, student tour/lunch, etc; designated Rice as 1st choice for National Merit; applying ED; so LOTS of interest.</p>
