I'll show you mine if you show me yours :D

so after a day of frustrating essay "writing" in which I more or less spent the day reading dirty jokes, I thought I might as well do one of these. for kicks.

and fun fact... I hold the world record for the strongest paper bridge... 1,071 pounds of glory :D

hahh and I just realized I forgot to list my colleges:

SUPERSUPER REACHES: Stanford (SCEA maybe? should I?), Yale
THE REST OF THEM: Brown, Rice, Claremont McKenna, Pomona, UCLA (by odd circumstance I qualify for in-state tuition)

plus my safety is UT. applying to Plan-II & Honors Business

my major is generally undecided... possibly economics? maybe history? I'm looking into business as a career, but not as a major unless I double-major.

I apologize for my capitalization. or lack thereof.

I think you have great chances at all of these colleges. Your test scores and GPA alone makes you competitive already and the ec's, although nothing absolutely amazing, seemed pretty focused. Yale and Stanford are probably the only reaches (and for you, they're not SUPERSUPER REACHES). If you right good essays and emphasize commitment to your ec's you'll have a fair shot.
And is the world record official? Cause that would be pretty cool to include in your application...maybe on an essay or something.

ya. you look pretty good there. Yale looks like a further reach than Stanford. cause Stanford LOVES talent, and all that singing looks like talent to me! And knowing you, wink, you would have very nice essays and recs. good luck!
