Illinois State Scholar.. worth putting on an application?

<p>Today I found out I'm an Illinois State Scholar, meaning I'm in the top 10% of high school seniors in Illinois--this is based on class rank, act, and the prairie state achievement exam..</p>

<p>Is this worth listing on applications? </p>

<p>Also, I applied to a very selective LAC using early decision.. Do you think I should contact that school and let them know, or is this no big deal?</p>
