ILR Cornell Transfer - Chances?

As a freshman at Rice, i've realized that my interests better correspond with Cornell's School of ILR. I was wondering what you thought of my chances of admission.

My particulars:

College:
GPA - 3.85 during first semester at Rice
extracurriculars - pretty good (the standard few things that can make a case for me going to ILR)
classes taken - those that ILR wants to see (i.e. economics, business, history,)
(midterm reports may be less impressive than first semester)
I also think my ILR phone interview went well.

High School:
GPA - 3.7 from top high school in New Jersey (not the jersey shore! dont worry...)
extracurriculars - very impressive (leadership stuff/the stuff they like to see: president of student gov and a few clubs, athlete, arts, etc.)
classes taken - pretty rigorous (lots of AP credit)
SAT - 1350/2100

What are my chances? Thanks for your input!! :)

plus really good high school letter of recs, decent college letter of rec

It really depends on the GTs.
