<p>When I called they said we get shuffled to the back :( , So yeah I think they will consider your mid year. Theres no chance of us finding out in mid feb (its now early march apparently for the first wave).</p>

Yeah early March doesnt surprise me due to the volume of applications... is 3/31 the day decisions are released?</p>
<p>In the past, there have been ILR applicants who were deferred who found out in mid-February.</p>
<p>Probably slim. I got deferred, and then waitlisted, and didn't get in until April 28th back when I was applying.</p>
