ILR resume

Do appliacants need to send in a comprehensive resume if applying to ILR?
I read something like this on the Cornell website.

Yes, I believe that its mandated and even it isn't I'd send one anyway.

I (inadvertently) forgot to submit one when I applied to ILR- I got in. But it seems like almost everybody else did so.

What are you supposed to put on it? I know what a general resume is supposed to look like, but ive never written one before. I always thought the common application, where it asks you for your ECs and your awards would be sufficient enough. What more information is ILR looking for?

Work and volunteer experience count too, especially awards and leadership positions you have racked up in them.

I just beefed up my "additional information" essay, which sort of acted as my resume I guess.
