ILR Stats?

Hey guys, I found a lot of information about Cornell but not a lot about the ILR School (Industrial Labor and Relations)

Any projection for the average GPA/SAT or otherwise acceptance rate? I'm thinking about applying early decision but my unweighted GPA is not too stellar.

Thanks!

Bumppppppp

tell me your stats and ill chance you (tell me ed or rd)

@BreakingGrace

I’d be applying Early Decision.

GPA: Pretty low- it won’t get higher than a 3.5 UW or 3.6-3.7 W
My freshman year GPA is the reason it is so low though, at a 3.1 W

1 honors course freshman year
2 honors courses sophomore year
3 AP courses junior year (still waiting on the scores though)
4 projected AP courses senior year (all easier than my junior APs though)

SAT: Scores have yet to get back, lets say anywhere from 2000-2200. I may retake it in October, so this is the variable here.

ECs:
Chair of General Assembly at regionwide Model UN

Leadership positions for Youth & Government on a school level

Multiple awards for State Youth & Government and Model UN (outstanding statesman, outstanding country, etc.) for multiple years

Selected to represent the Model UN delegation at the YMCA Conference on National Affairs

Selected again to represent my state delegation at the YMCA Conference on National Affairs

Vice President of Future Business Leaders of America (at my school)

and then a bunch of smaller, miscellanious stuff like:

National Latin Exam awards (Cum Laude one year, Magna Cum Laude this year)
Student Leader (a meaningless title, you’re chosen to represent good “role models” for incoming freshmen. There are about 60-80 of these in the upperclassmen classes)
Member of Student Council
Member of the first Forensics Speech and Debate club in our school

What do you think? The obvious bit would be to work on the GPA but there isn’t much I can do now because it’s nearing the end of Junior Year! Should I even bother?

How many ap classes have you taken total up to this point? a high sat could make up from a low gpa. what is your race (big difference maker sadly)? if you break 2100 on the sat, id say go for it. if not and you are white or asian… then still try if cornell is your first choice by far.

Up to junior year 3 and after senior year, 7.

Not an URM :(
