I'm afraid I might have screwed up my college career thus far

I've got a year to go at community college (just finished my second). Due to not being able to get into the classes I need, my first year was a bit of a waste and I only finished 16 units. I'll be coming up on the transferable unit cap by the time I'm done and I'm starting to feel like I've definitely screwed myself from getting into any UC or even a CSU. My major is computer science. I have a 3.2 GPA. Two W's - one in physics, one in calculus. One F that was later made up as a C, also in calculus (yes, I've retaken the class three times). Another C in precalculus. The good news is, I've gotten an A in all 5 of the programming classes I've taken so far. That being said, do I still stand a chance?
