I live in California, so I'd like to transfer to a CSU or UC (doubtful of that, at his point).

My major is Computer Engineering.

I'm currently at a community college, and my problem is that my GPA is really low: 2.66.

I'm done taking English and history, and have taken Calc 1 & 2, and Linearly Algebra- scoring a C in all of them. I failed Physics 1 with a D, and am currently retaking it. I'm also taking Calculus III.

Should I even bother attempting to apply to colleges this fall? If so, who would accept me? I've taken a little over 60 units and my GPA is so low, along with a D on my record for Physics.

I program a lot in my free time, and started an engineering club at school...but would that even help me here? Should I just give up?

Thanks for your help.
