I'm an Sophmore HS student. What are my current chances of getting into UCLA?

I’ve had straight A’s in everything (except for math when I reached middle school, straight B+s that I could just never break into A’s) for my entire life, heck, even in Kindergarten.
I had my standard grade fare throughout freshman year, 5 A’s, one B in Honors Math I.
But when I reached Sophmore year after a long and stressful summer with a 5 hour a day get-ahead class, I lost my motivation and fell behind a bit.

My homework turning in rate became atrocious, and I butted heads with my atrocious Chem teacher, but in the end I had 3 A’s, a B+ in Chem (I really put up a fight in that class and I can say for sure that I’m proud of that), and two C+'s in Math and Spanish.

I was devastated.

I had a C in Honors Math II because of my aforementioned bad homework turning in rate, which is genuinely my fault and no one else’s.

I had a C in Spanish because I had missed turning in one assignment due to an extracurricular class.

I realized that I needed to turn around my act for the next semester, and did so.

I switched my Chemistry class for a WAAAY better teacher (it’s a damn shame she doesn’t do AP Chem)

and started turning in homework on the regular (with one or two slip ups due to extracurriculars, heh heh…).

My grades are way better, with 4 A’s, A B in math, and a bordering C+ in Spanish.

I still have 2 and a half months left in the school year, and I’m confident I can keep back on my upward trek.

How bad will these two previous C’s hurt me, considering UCLA apparently only considers 10-11th grade’s grades in transcript calculation?

Am I just panicking?

Most importantly, would it be possible for me to be accepted?

Stay calm, keep working hard, get a tutor/stay back with a teacher in challenging classes if you can, and come back in another year.

Thanks, my mind’s been killing me over this. I really just want to get over this and enjoy my spring break.
