I'm back...sorta

Hey my lovely Princeton people <3

I guess I've been absent for a while...but whoa people are catching up with the post count and we can't let that happen! :p

The thing is, recently I really haven't been able to get excited about Princeton, which is upsetting because I know I love it and I was so obsessed for so many months. But while people are looking at courses and researching a bunch, I don't really have the motivation to do all that. And then I feel all uninformed and less excited and vicious cycle blahblah

This is getting to be kind of a depressing post, lol, esp bc i had always considered myself so enthusiastic. I guess senior year is also kinda disappointing? I'm stressed! What's up with that! Rawr at all the teachers for not recognizing what "fourth quarter senior" means

Now to a slightly happier part...
I miss you guys! Tell me what's been going on...

Hey zante! The end of school will fly by and soon enough you'll be in the halls of the great PRINCETON university...forever after people will simply assume you're a genius, which you are, and you will have 4 years of awesome college experience to look back on...what's not to love?

Yeah, you can't let the Pton love fizzle :( From what I've been able to gather, though, you have a lot going on, so you're not as able to enjoy some things (i.e. Princeton) as much as you should. Soon, though, school will be over and you will (hopefully) rediscover that P-Unit fire.

Once the forms and stuff start coming in (housing! ahhhh!), I think you'll start getting back into it. I hope, anyways. Good luck with everything that's going on! :)

zantedeshia: That is a natural human reaction. Right now you have mentally checked out from high school, but you can;t go to college. Start working on your summer job, buy few things for college and most important of all - close the box for other schools you could have gone.

Zant: Don't worry, you still have time to enroll at Tufts, which would increase my odds of getting in off the waitlist. C'mon, we both know how much you love Tufts...do us both a favor ;) .

Hahah sorry cav, I sent all my reply cards a while ago. :p

zante - you are having the same experience you might get if the cute guy you've been circling for ages finally calls you up and say he loves you. Then you date. That's fun too. Finally you decide to get married. Cold feet. Don't worry.

lol that's a great analogy! Thanks alumother :p

zante - I only hope Alumdaughter is there with you in the fall. Of course, if she chooses Stanford oops, but I will not desert this board. Once a tiger always a tiger. And I wasn't remotely into sports and rah rah and all that when I was there. My version of school spirit was sitting in my dorm room, looking out the window, feeling that I had just discovered my brain....
