On my SLR I filled out that I’m not a California resident and that I’m not a US citizen. But these questions came up and I think I am NONE of these.

I do have a permit to work and drive, but its not like I have a visa. I’m so confused and scared that I cant logout of this page so heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp!
I think I’m going to have to go with “I have no status or report” but that looks bad from my point of view.
