im gonna play right into the cc stereotype...

so before this semester my cumulative gpa was a 3.95 with scattered B+s across the past 3 years, and then this semester i saw a bunch of a conflicts with new teachers, teachers with major illness, and by whatever series of events i got a B in calc bc and B+s in all the others, they were 5 aps and 1 regular religion course, but naturally im posting here cuz im freaking out that its gonna be seen as a negative trend... damn all the perfect williams applicants, everything else outside the gpa seems to be in good shape...sigh, if only the acceptance rate wasnt like 15%....my principal offered a letter to schools explaining that this semester was an interesting one for me and not a reflection of my capability, but will this be a bad thing somehow? shold i talk about this in upcoming interviews?

feel free to tell me im retarded, or it wont affect anything, or this will affect something, or that i need to spend less time on cc, whatever applies..i think im hoping if i keep talking it out, it might get better....

also, any advice on how im gonna break the report card news to hyper-expectant parents? im sure theres gotta be someone on cc with some...

I really think you'll be accepted. Nevertheless, it's no use crying over spilled milk.
My suggestion would be to keep working hard, and recognize that you'll probably be happy and successful wherever you go.

seems to be the general advice, probably for a reson...but helplessness just blows, guess i just gotta move on..hoping for the best in april

im pretty much in the exact same situation as you speed. we should talk on aim or something. But my advice to you is not to worry. Williams will see that they are all AP classes and they know how hard it is. Anyway. Spend less time on CC too... it messes with your head. And dont worry about the 'rents. They won't KILL you will they? It's just a few Bs... cmon, not a KILLER C! =O Psh. Honors kids =P

When's your interview?
