So I was born in Peru and moved to US when I was three. My mom has mixed Incan, Spanish, and Italian background. My father has mixed Spanish and Japanese. However, their background were recieved from many generations ago. Both my parents are third generation Peruvians, so their European/Native/Asian background is very minimal. Would I just put white?
It sounds like you should put white. My wife is from South America also and this has come up. She is basically the same a mix of native, European, most likely some African, etc that all lived in her country. She’s considered Hispanic/White because she’s not dominant African or Asian.
