<p>Depends on the school you are applying to.</p>
<p>Community college: no problem, everyone gets in (to the school; getting into classes may be a different story).
Super selective school like MIT, Harvard, etc.: having only a 630 makes the already slim chances of admission even slimmer.</p>
<p>But most schools are somewhere in between in selectivity.</p>
<p>Since a 630 puts you in the 85th percentile of SAT test-takers, you should be just fine at all but the most selective schools in the country.</p>
