I'm international and I don't have a counselor!

Hi, guys!
As the title says I'm international and I don't have a counselor so I don't know what to do. I've read in some college websites this: "If you do not have a counselor, you may ask a tutor, house master, principal, academic advisor, or other comparable school official to complete the form and recommendation"

So then I thought I could ask a sort of headmaster of my school, but when I saw that he needs also to complete the secondary school report and the international supplement, I felt like it is too much to ask 'cause he didn't even speak English and I don't know how to explain everything he has to do so I really don't know. So I thought that I could ask to a teacher I had in freshman and junior year who is the vice of the headmaster and I've known her since forever 'cause she's the mom of a friend of mine and we can have time to complete everything in time. But can I ask her even though she's not been my teacher anymore for 2 years?

Enter who you think is most appropriate and is (hopefully) willing to fill out the forms. I would also explain this, in detail, in the Additional Information upload.
You will want schools to clearly understand the situation.
