I'm making a C in geometry.

Joy. Joy to the freakin' world. And I'm fairly sure I failed my test today. And I have no way of bringing my grade up, i.e. no more quizzes/tests. The worst part is, I'm actually trying. And midterms are next week.

At least I have a 95 in AP World Hist. /sarcasm

Geometry gets easier as the year goes on.
And dude, enjoy it while it lasts.. after geometry math becomes RETARDED.

The best advice is to memorize all of the theorems, and draw out pictures for every problem that you do. And do lots of proofs for practice. I actually thought those were fun.

I HATE PROOFS.

When, pray tell, will I ever need to prove the congruence of two triangles? I ain't gonna be an architect, for sure.

I'm counting down the days till pre-cal, no joke.

Read your textbook; sometimes there are difficult subjects, you'll just have to go through them...

And you don't have to post all your grades about how good all your other grades are. Really this seems like a pointless rant thread. I'm with the opinion of creating an universal one (I think one existed before).

I tried to edit the title, it won't let me D:

Meh, I'm going to bed. PSAT is looming over the horizon.

Good luck if you're taking it, everyone.

I like all math. It's probably my favorite subject. Geometry was fun. My teacher was awesome, but everyone hated her.

A lot of people fail the Geometry classes at my school.
Proofs are fun! Everyone hated them, but we would do them on quizzes and tests and they would boost my grade so much.

When I asked my geometry teacher what practical application this had in life, he replied that I can show that more triangles exist with same areas etc... in that triangle we had on the board.

That didn't really answer my question.....

You have really early midterms. o_o

If you haven't already, ask your teacher for help after school for the concepts you don't understand.
