Im probably gonna get a B second semester geometry and im worried it will ruin my application

So I’m a sophomore and I’m taking geometry right now, at my school we change teachers every semester so I got a new teacher this semester and I’m not doing as well as last year. Last semester I was able to get an A but now there is a 90% chance I’ll get a B. Will this ruin my chances for colleges like Georgetown, Boston University, Northeastern (etc.)? Btw I wanna major in polisci

One B isn’t going to ruin anyone’s chances anywhere.

Are you sure? Because it looks kind of bad that I’m gonna go from a A to B in my soph year

One B will not hurt. Many B’s will.

Like they said, one B will not hurt. It also depends on what grade you got first semester in Geometry. You may be able to get away with an A- for your final grade, if you got an A first semester in that class. (Most schools take the average of your two semesters and report that as your final grade in that class)
